• Ear wires — hand‑forged sterling or Argentium (20g standard; 18g available)  
• Finish — oxidized or shiny sterling  

🪶 Ear Wire Standard  
Commercial ear wires are usually 21g or thinner — not my style.  
My standard is 20g: sturdy, comfy, and built to last.  
18g is available if you like your ear wires extra tough. Most folks can wear 18g unless their piercing is still a “baby” that hasn’t been broken in yet.

• Argentium Silver — 94% pure silver; stays brighter longer, resists tarnish, and needs way less elbow grease to keep looking good.

Number 8 turquoise comes from the historic Nevada mine known for its desert blues and warm brown matrix. The mine closed decades ago, so every stone comes from older, limited material — part of what makes these earrings special.
