Due to the handmade nature of each piece, returns are accepted only under certain conditions:

Custom-sized or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shop error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please contact the shop with your order number and reason. Exchanges may be approved on a case by-case basis depending on product availability.
